Hello All - 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 I am exploring the below question from three different perspectives: "Why employees do not use 𝐄𝐀𝐏 (𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦)" I am collecting perspectives from: - Employees : What influences their decision to seek or not seek support? - HR / HRBPs : What do organizations see, experience and understand about EAP usage? - EAP service providers & Mental Health Professionals : What do they observe when employees access or don't access the EAP support? Do we have any information about barclays bank whether it's gonna establish the company at Hyderabad. As I can see it is expanding its footprints at india. Recently they opened Gurgaon office and Mumbai office, so are there any plans to expansion at Hyderabad as it's growing city and has lot of opportunities and young talents.
